A new study study from nutrition researcher Kevin Hall (that has been submitted but not yet accepted for publication) claims the evidence disproves the carbohydrate insulin model for obesity. But taking a closer look, we clearly see that 2 weeks on a keto diet is not nearly long enough to make any meaningful conclusions. Here's my take on it.
